Estonia: Reinstate Sergey Mastepan

Shop steward Sergey Mastepan has been fired from his job with Estonian stevedoring services company Transiidikeskus AS. He's been involved in raising awareness about poor working conditions and anti-union discrimination inside the company, including speaking out in a newspaper article and most recently giving a picket line speech. After Sergey shone a light on conditions that could put the health and safety and basic rights of workers at risk in the port of Tallinn, the company has reportedly overstated and fabricated 'violations' for which he could be dismissed after more than 20 years of service. The Estonian Seamen's Independent Union is fighting for Sergey’s reinstatement – join them.
