Netherlands: Justice for Pawel Rudzki

Union leader Pawel Rudzki (migrant worker and agency worker) has been fired by Albert Heijn (supermarket of Ahold Delhaize). As an active FNV leader, Pawel managed to organize a large group of temporary workers and, together with his colleagues, has brought about many improvements within Albert Heijn over the past two years. Albert Heijn has been targeting Pawel for some time, but after the recent temporary worker strikes, the company has gone completely overboard. Based on fabricated warnings, Pawel was pressured, punished, intimidated, and publicly humiliated by being removed from the building inappropriately.
