2020年6月，Yachiyoda合金車輪有限公司解雇了隸屬於泰國工業勞工聯合會（CILT）的32名工會成員，原因是，該公司於2020年5月和6月暫停運營4周時，工會成員拒絕按照公司的指示申請62%的救濟金。2020 年 9 月，該公司終止雇用包括 Pichetsak Kansorn、Sakchai Sritanai 和 Sarawut Sunornkum 在內的 5 名工會領導人，指控該工會指示其成員在熔爐中污染車輪產品。工會駁斥了這一毫無根據的指控。該公司堅持它不想要工會。
